This involves an important initial meeting in which we clarify your goals and the general conditions of the rental property. It usually takes place in the property itself in order to immediately get a good overview of the size and quality of your property. We thoroughly inspect the entire property, take photographs, request the floor plan, and gather other important information about the property.
Here we will discuss the following process together, including any special features.
Our entire team of more than 20 colleagues collaborates on estimating the market rental value, each bringing their unique experience and perspective.
When setting the price, we rely on comparable properties, ones we have rented out ourselves.
We always provide two pricing options: a market price for a quicker rental and an ambitious price, achievable through our comprehensive marketing efforts, though it may require a longer rental period.
Together with the property owner, we then decide on the preferred strategy.

Once the listing is live, we actively engage in marketing and promoting your property to ensure it reaches the potential interested clients as quickly as possible.

We pay for top placement 2-3 times a week, send out newsletters (featuring exclusive properties), and use social media to further promote your property. There are no costs to you here.

During the handover of the property, we conduct a thorough walkthrough together, taking photos to document the condition of the property, its furnishings, and the readings of utility meters (electricity, gas, water). All details are recorded in a handover protocol, including meter readings, any existing issues with the property, and other relevant agreements. Additionally, we handle the transfer of utilities for our clients.
