We have the largest selection of multi-tenant buildings and commercial real estate in Prague. Our portfolio currently includes about 70 properties.

We provide you with factual information. Be it accurate acreage of usable area, precise calculation of a property’s revenue, or the truth about about legalities, all information is verified by the owner. Does the property come with easement rights? You can reliably obtain all this information from us, saves you the time of investigating elsewhere.

You can see the property any time; we always have a valid contract of sale with the owner, which also always grants us the right to organize a tour for interested parties.

You will be assigned your own personal consultant, who will communicate with you and the rest of us at Engel & Völkers on your behalf; this advisor will be carefully acquainted with your needs and requirements, and thus will understands exactly what you are looking for, saving you the trouble of explaining again and again with each new property you go see. Your consultant will go with you every time you meet the agent in charge of any property you are interesting in (and who knows everything about the property itself, and who will be there to best answer all your questions.)

Since 2008, we have focused on residential and commercial real estate in Czechia. We have experience in the real estate market and can also provide advice on legal and technical matters.
